- Disburse all tenant deposit refunds on time with required documentation.
- Maintain all collected rent and deposits in a trust account, subject to audit and controls by Nevada state licensing.
- Maintain up-to-date marketing information on your properties, including photos and descriptions, so that vacancies can be advertised quickly upon notice from current resident.
- Provide 24 hour online marketing of your vacant property, on our website plus all major real estate search sites.
- Conduct an interior survey of the property every year with a copy available to the owner.
- Maintain use of industry-leading software for managing your properties efficiently, completely, securely, and cost-effectively.

How it Works:
In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system which communicates with your email.
Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single-use link where you can view your statements. This link does not have a time limit, however, it will only work once.
